In the event that a Omni Supplements LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Omni Supplements LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Omni Supplements LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Omni Supplements LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Nonetheless, Omni Supplements LLC seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Returns & Refunds Unopened Items can be returned for any reason. We cannot take back for return or exchange any items which are opened. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and under no circumstance other than correction of our own error, will we pay freight back to our facility for credits, returns, or exchanges. Other shipping fees may apply, especially to initial purchases shipped free of charge as outlined below. Due to the nature of our items, we cannot accept opened items for return.

If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received just return the unopened items to us within 30 days and we will refund your money. Shipping and Handling fees can not be refunded or returned. We will not pay shipping for the return of any product back to us.

In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item there is a mandatory $5.95 deduction off your total refund.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee - Unopened Items
We apologize but because of product shelf life, products returned after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to accept returns on products after 45 days.
